The detail

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email info@tarchies.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You don't need to post anything back.

Personalised cards

Because personalised cards are printed just for you, we can't accept returns if you change your mind, or if there's a mistake in the details you gave us. Please double-check names and spellings before ordering.

If a personalised card arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it as above.

Non-personalised cards

Changed your mind? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us to let us know, then return the card unused and in its original condition within 14 days of cancelling.

Return postage is at your own cost. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the card back.

Cancelling before dispatch

We work fast — most orders are printed within hours. If you need to cancel or change something, email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Refund timings

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Lost in the post

Royal Mail occasionally loses something. If your card hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number — we'll send a free replacement.

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
